Difficulty conceiving can be caused by a number of different factors.  These factors can not only affect the woman but also the man.  Both of your lifestyles can come into play, what foods you both eat, what you both drink and how much exercising you both do. Not many people know that some foods can increase your chance of having difficulty conceiving.  Other foods can even increase your chances of conceiving and also help reverse some of the cause of infertility.  Also what you drink, such as alcohol or if you consume too much caffeine on a regular basic can also cause you to have difficulty conceiving.  Caffeine alone can reduce your chance by up to 50%.

I will try to cover in this article some of the reasons you are having problems conceiving and share with you some trying to conceive tips. These consist of mainly diet, caffeine, stress, sex and the use of lubricants during sex.

You might not know that there are certain foods you can eat that can help you conceive. Just like there are certain foods to stay away from when you are trying to conceive.
