Difficulty conceiving can be caused by a number of different factors.  These factors can not only affect the woman but also the man.  Both of your lifestyles can come into play, what foods you both eat, what you both drink and how much exercising you both do. Believe it or not, all of these can also cause infertility.  Just changing these can reverse infertility.  Here are just a few conceiving tips I’d like to share with you.

Not many people know that some foods can increase your chance of having difficulty conceiving.  Other foods can even increase your chances of conceiving and also help reverse some of the cause of infertility.  Also what you drink, such as alcohol or if you consume too much caffeine on a regular basic can also cause you to have difficulty conceiving.  Caffeine alone can reduce your chance by up to 50%.
